タイトルの『No９』は、「戦争の放棄、戦力の不保持、国の交戦権の否認」を掲げ、平和の礎となってきた日本国憲法第9条から名付けられました。投票用紙と同じ素材でもあるユポ紙を使って、来場者による参加型作品として参加しています。
The title, “No. 9,” is derived from Article 9 of the Constitution of Japan, which has served as the cornerstone of peace by proclaiming “the renunciation of war, the prohibition of military forces, and the denial of the state’s right to wage war.” The work is presented as an interactive piece created by visitors using Yupo paper, the same material used for ballots.
